THE PROBLEM
A flooring job moves through measurements, pricing, customer approval, scheduling, and billing. When those steps live in separate spreadsheets, the same details have to be entered again and again.
What I built
SqFt connects the records behind the entire job. Measurements feed estimates, approved estimates preserve the agreed numbers, and invoices follow the work through to payment.
- Room measurements and estimate building
- Customer approvals with preserved pricing snapshots
- Crew scheduling and job assignments
- Invoices and Stripe payment integration
What the work comes down to
The detail matters: consistent estimate math, permissions for each role, and reliable document lifecycles make the workflow useful beyond the demo.
